YouTube, a platform for video sharing, suspended the Official channel of President Donald Trump and deleted every new content that Trump’s campaign uploaded, citing alleged threats of abuse.
This was announced by YouTube on Wednesday in a social media statement.
The video-sharing platform, however, aired its reasons behind this action in a statement below;
“After review, and in light of concerns about the ongoing potential for violence, we removed new content uploaded to Donald J. Trump’s channel for violating our policies. It now has its 1st strike and is temporarily prevented from uploading new content for a minimum of 7 days. We will also be indefinitely disabling comments on President Trump’s channel, citing safety concerns found in the comments section.”
After the assault on the Capitol, the American tech giant has introduced a series of censorships to decrease possible damage.
Buwanews recently announced that Twitter, the social media network, had indefinitely banned Donald Trump, the president of the United States, citing the possibility of further agitation of aggression.
